Tricia Hoyt
Pilates Instructor
EducationBachelor’s of Science in Criminology & Criminal Justice from Florida State University
AFAA Group Fitness Instructor
Balanced Body Mat & Reformer Pilates
Professional ExperienceAs an Air Force brat, Tricia grew up in Europe where she attended elementary school in Germany, middle school in Spain and high school in England. Her love for fitness and motivating others began at a young age, watching her mom thrive as a step aerobics instructor and her dad wake up early every morning to train for his job in the military. Playing sports like karate, soccer and tennis kept her active and grounded through the constant change, and her relationship with movement deepened in college after losing her father to mental health struggles. Movement became her form of therapy and healing – a way to process emotion and channel energy. But it wasn’t until she found Pilates that exercise really shifted from something she felt she had to do into something she wanted to do, giving her a renewed sense of joy, strength and clarity. Known for her fun, approachable personality, Tricia is passionate about helping her clients feel supported yet challenged at the same time, and takes pride in creating thoughtful sequences paired with a fresh new playlist for every class. Her ability to connect with others on a deeper level allows her to tailor her approach to each client, ensuring classes are accessible, effective, and energizing for all. She’s committed to bringing energy and good vibes to every class, hoping her clients leave feeling lighter and brighter than when they first walked in (and maybe a little sore the next day!).

Danielle Cerillo
Pilates Instructor
EducationUniversity of South Florida Masters of Architecture
Balanced Body Certified: Mat [1,2, & 3], Reformer [1,2, & 3], Cadillac/Tower
Professional ExperienceDannii grew up a competitive equestrian in showjumping for 22 years, and went on to ride for her college team as well. Movement and living an active lifestyle was what her world revolved around, next to her horses. Being an athlete grew from cycling and strength training on the side of riding horses, into running half marathons and becoming a "yogi", and continued on into a more "hybrid" way of training that included strength x classical Pilates. Pilates became the best accessory to any activity/methods she chose to train in, and she became inspired by the deep work of mobility through many of the exercies. She fell in love with Mat Pilates 8 years ago, it became a daily ritual for her, and led to the goal of becoming a Pilates instructor; now certified by Balanced Body.
Dannii also has her Masters of Architecture from USF, and went on to work in building and designing custom luxury homes post graduate. Outside of Pilates teaching, Dannii is a competitor of Schutzund with her German Shepherd where they compete in three phases of Obedience, Protection, and Scent Tracking. Her passion for animals and horses, led her to dog sport and protection dogs, which is how she spends a lot of her time outside of fitness. Dannii's teaching style is rooted in Classical Pilates methods, but evolves into progressions that include contemporary variations. She is very detail oriented and takes pride in clear and precise cueing to ensure her clients' proper form and safety. Her personable approach to creating unique pilates programs is beneficial in training each individual client with purposeful instruction that is catered to them. She is committed to clients reaching their goals and educating them not only on the repertoire but the "why" behind each movement and how that supports the human body.
